Register Now for the PPSO Teens and Cops Together Workshop

Sheriff Jerry Turlich's 𝗧.𝗔.𝗖.𝗧. (𝗧𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿) 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 is an opportunity for Plaquemines Parish high school students to get a head start with preparing for real-life situations. TACT is a one-day workshop that will teach and prepare teens how to handle various life events such as:
• Vehicle Emergencies (Flat Tires or Traffic Accidents)
• Proper Communication and Behavior with Police Officers During Traffic Stops or Other Law Enforcement Incidents
• Firearms Safety
• Teen Drinking & Driving (Drunk Goggles)
• Self Defense
• And much more...
The TACT Workshop will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 8am - 4pm at the PPSO Administration Building located at 8022 Highway 23 in Belle Chasse.
