Edward Hebert Boulevard. Plaquemines Parish Sheriff's Office suggest motorists should avoid traveling in this area unless attending the Hogs for the Cause. Local traffic accessing F. Edward Hebert Boulevard are encouraged to utilize Main Street to bypass traffic congestion.
