On Saturday, October 9, the PPSO Young Marines were honored to assist in the distribution of assorted cleaning supplies to residents of the Ironton and West Pointe A La Hache communities who experienced significant damage due to Hurricane Ida. The donation was facilitated by Louisiana State Senator Patrick Connick and the Home Depot located in Marrero as the supplies were delivered to St. Paul Missionary Church in Ironton to be distributed to residents.
