The 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐀𝐢𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 will be held for the general public on Saturday, March 23, and Sunday, March 24. The gates will be open at 8am with the air show beginning at approximately 10am. For more information regarding the air show, please visit www.neworleansairshow.com

Parking for the general public will be accessed at NAS JRB NEW ORLEANS Rear Gate using Barriere Road 🟢 or the Blue Gate 🔵 located just south of the Main Gate on Highway 23.

- As of now, there will 𝐍𝐎𝐓 be any traffic restrictions on Barriere Road or any adjacent streets when entering the base for the air show (subject to change based on traffic flow).
- The Main Gate 🛑 will be used 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘 for base employees & residents and VIP parking.
- When accessing the Blue Gate 🔵 south of the Main Gate, utilize the 𝐋𝐄𝐅𝐓 𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐄 to bypass the Main Gate and proceed south on Highway 23 (Please see attached graphic). Signs will be posted for the Blue Gate entrance.
- 𝐀𝐭 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝟑𝐏𝐌, Barriere Road will transition to a ONE-WAY 🟢 street from the Rear Gate to Highway 23. All adjacent streets will be barricaded during this time period.
- Motorists attempting to exit/enter the Greek Streets subdivision adjacent to Barriere Road will use Beta Street and Good News Avenue respectively. 🟡 Please use Beta Street and Epsilon Street to travel to your destination. There will be a crossover provided at Barriere Road and Beta/Good News (Please see attached graphic) 🟡
- Deputies with PPSO 🚔 along with Troopers with the Louisiana State Police 🚔 will be posted at various intersections in Plaquemines, Jefferson and Orleans Parish to expedite the traffic flow after the conclusion of the air show.
- The Venture Global LNG project will release employees early at approximately 1:30pm and there will not be any night shift working to assist with the reduction of traffic this weekend.
