Response to Request:

To respond to a request for access to the PPSO public records, the PPSO needs certain information from the requestor. PPSO staff must search, retrieve and view records. If payment is not received within 10 working days after notice is forwarded by the PPSO to the requestor, it may be necessary for the requestor to initiate a new request.

Estimate of Fees:

If an estimate of costs is requested, the requestor must specify that and copies will not be made until after the requestor provides written confirmation of the order. Requests by U.S. Mail, courier, facsimile, or in person:

Requests may be made by U.S. Mail, courier or in person to Custodian of Records at the above address. Requests by facsimile may be made to (504) 297-5122.
